•My family has been in the restaurant business in Italy for three generations.
•We presently own and manage a family business, which was started by my father in 1963. The restaurant, set in the old historic center of the Republic of San Marino, is 350 square meters (3,767
square feet) with 250 seats serving a traditional Romagnolo cuisine.
•Spring 1998 we opened the first “fast food” concept in the historic center of San Marino; 150 square meters (1,615 square feet).
•In August of 2003 in the business district of San Marino we opened a new alternative restaurant/store concept, Loft.sm, which is 500 square meters (5,382 square feet) and is a unique fusion
of culinary, art and fashion.
